The vest has a strap with a safety clasp to be placed between the legs so that the vest does not slip over the head if jumping into the water vertically or when floating, protected with neoprene to prevent friction between the legs
It has 8 compartments, each with 3 buoyancy elements. There are 24 in total. These elements can be removed little by little so that the child can improve their ability to float without help. Other vests only have 8 pieces, and the buoyancy changes more abruptly when the pieces are removed.
